It's hard not to take a guy who's mediocre performance is a T17 in THE PLAYERS Championship. He had a victory, a runner-up, and two top fives in the four starts leading up to the THE PLAYERS. Kuch has six total starts at the Byron Nelson, earning paychecks each time. His best finish came in 2011 when he finished in a tie for 6th.

Jordan Spieth
Spieth has three starts in the HP Byron Nelson, earning paychecks in each start. This will be a home game for Spieth this week, who is coming off a T4 performance in THE PLAYERS Championship. In his last six starts on Tour, Spieth owns two top fours, a top ten, and two top twenty finishes. He currently ranks 6th in scoring average.

Keegan Bradley
In the last two months, Bradley has two missed cuts, two top tens, and a T43 finish. Consistency is not there for Keegs right now, but he did finish solo runner-up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Bradley has played at TPC Four Seasons the last three years, earning a victory, a runner-up, and a top twenty-five.

D.A. Points
D.A. Points has been anything but good recently. He has missed six of his last seven cuts. With that said, last season leading up to his win at the Shell Houston Open, Points missed seven of eight cuts. So why do I like Points this week? In his previous six starts at TPC Four Seasons, D.A. has a third place finish, a top ten, and two other top twenty finishes. His most recent start resulted in a tie for 12th in 2013.

Robert Garrigus
Garrigus has made the cut in four of his last six events; including two top-5's. Garrigus T4 at the Valspar Championship and T5 at the Zurich Classic. Although he missed the cut last year, Garrigus, who is ranked 103rd in the world, has finished in the top-20 in three of the past five Byron Nelson Championships. Garrigus' best finish came in 2012 when he T9.

Marc Leishman
Leishman shot a Sunday 67 to boost him up into the top twenty-five in THE PLAYERS Championship. Leishman has played in the HP Byron Nelson Championship in each of the previous five seasons. He has two top fifteens and two top tens in those five starts, including a tie for 3rd in 2012.

Chuck's Picks:
Jordan Speith – Made his hometown debut here when he was 16 years old. Clearly not at the top of his game right not but don’t let that persuade you away.

Gary Woodland – Quietly having a very solid year. His distance should help tremendously this week. Putted great at the Players.

Ryo Ishikawa – 8 top 25’s on PGA Tour this year and finished T10 here last year. He has four top twenty-five finishes in nine starts at TPC Sawgrass. Kuchar has finished T5 or better in his previous four starts, including a win at RBC Heritage in his last event. He currently ranks 20th in birdie average and leads the Tour in scoring average.

Jim Furyk
This will be Furyk's 19th start in THE PLAYERS Championship. He owns eight top twenty-five finishes, three top tens, and a third place finish in 2006. Furyk comes into this week in great form. He finished last week in the runner-up position at the Wells Fargo Championship and had four straight top twenty finishes before that.

Jordan Spieth
Spieth currently ranks 23rd in putting, 14th in scoring average, and 13th in birdie average. He has three top fifteens in his last four starts, including a runner-up finish in his first start at Augusta. This will be Spieth's first trip to THE PLAYERS Championship, but he has proven that he doesn't need experience at a course to succeed.

Rory Sabbatini
Sabbatini is on a bit of a hot streak coming into this week. He finished the RBC Heritage in a tie for 9th, placed T17 at Zurich, and ended last week in a tie for 8th. Sabbatini hasn't had the best of luck at TPC Sawgrass, but has earned paycheck in three of his last four visits including a T26 finish in 2011.

Kevin Chappell
Chappell had his best start of 2014 last week at the Wells Fargo Championship. After three rounds in the 70's, Chappell fired a final round 68 and T11. Chappell has made the cut in two of his three trips to TPC Sawgrass. Last year, Chappell was sitting in 3rd place heading to Saturday, but fell into a tie for 68th after struggling over the weekend.

Martin Kaymer
Kaymer has earned a paycheck in every trip to THE PLAYERS Championship. He finished T19 in 2011 and T15 in 2012. Kaymer has made cuts in his previous three starts and has earned top twenty-five finishes in his last two starts.

Chuck's Picks:
Adam Scott – Former champion here with a slew of other top finishes. Kelly had success here in the mid-2000's finishing T5 in 2006 and was the 54-hole leader in 2007 before finishing T8. Kelly had a strong showing last year finishing solo 5th. He finished T6 in his last start at Valero which was his 3rd top 10 of 2014.

Will MacKenzie
MacKenzie has a streak of eight consecutive cuts made coming into this event. In his last four events, MacKenzie has a runner-up, a T4, and a T6 finish. MacKenzie currently ranks 3rd and all-around, 4th in scoring average, and 11th in strokes gained putting. In five starts in the Heritage Willy Mac has earned five paychecks.

Jeremy's Picks:Jim Furyk - Furyk is playing excellent golf so far this year and I believe the RBC might be a chance for him to pick up his first win since 2010, a year that he also won this tournment.

Jordan Spieth - His play speaks for itself. Kuchar is still looking for that first major, and I believe this will be his year.

Lee Westwood
Although Westwood only has two top twenty-fives in nine starts on the season, he is coming off a T17 at the Shell Houston Open. In recent year, Westwood has always found a way to contend in majors. He plays well in the wind, finished 9th here last year, and 4th at the API two weeks ago.

Seung-Yul Noh:
His stats and T16 last week, plus a hunch, make me feel S-YNoh can rise to a top 10 this week.

Brian Davis:
My pick of Brian Davis is based purely on course form, a T4 in 2012 and T6 last year. He is coming off a T20 performance at the Valspar Championship. Furyk entered the 2013 Valero Texas Open when it was played at TPC San Antonio, and he shot four sub-par rounds and finished tied for 3rd.

Matt Kuchar
Kuchar has played in this event twice since it's move to TPC San Antonio, both times earning a top twenty-five. Last season he finished T22 and the previous visit tied for 13th. Kuchar started out the 2013-2014 season by earning top tens in four of his first five starts. Since then he finished T13 at the Cadillac Championship and T38 at the Valspar Championship. I expect Kuchar to find his way back into the top ten this week.

Ryan Palmer
Palmer has played this event in each of the previous four years. He finished tied for 9th in 2010, tied for 32nd in 2012, and tied for 15th last season. In three of his last five starts, Palmer has earned two runner-ups and a T8. His hasn't missed a cut in his last seven starts this season.

Freddie Jacobson
In seven starts in this event, Jacobson hasn't finished outside of the top thirty. Since the event has been moved to TPC San Antonio, he has finished runner-up, T5, T18, and T15. Jacobson also appears to be trending in the right direction, earning top twenties in his last three starts.

Charley Hoffman
Sporting a new haircut this season, Hoffman has looked like a new man in more than one way. He has already earned three top tens and six top twenty-fives. In his last two starts, Hoffman finished T12 at the Northern Trust Open and T25 at the Valspar Championship. Hoffman has performed well at the Valero Texas Open. He has a runner-up, 3rd place finish, and two T13 finishes since 2010.

Kevin Chappell
Since 2011, Kevin Chappell has placed runner-up and T15 at the Valero Texas Open. He recently finished T14 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, shooting under par in all four rounds. Chappell's good ball striking will be key at this course, and if he can find his way on the greens he could be the fifth first time winner this season.

Chuck's Picks:
Jimmy Walker – Fed Ex points leader and San Antonio local should be the cream of the crop this week. Last season he finished runner-up to
Tiger and in 2011 he tied for 3rd place. Rose is coming off his first top ten of
the season since the HSBC Champions event in November.

Bubba Watson
Bubba has been on fire as of late,
earning top tens in each of his last four events. He finished runner-up in the
Waste Management Open and the Cadillac Championship, and was victorious at the
Northern Trust Open. Watson has finished in the top twenty-five in his last
three trips to Bay Hill. He finished T14 last season and T4 in
2012.

Tiger Woods
Although his health concerns me,
Tiger's record at Bay Hill cannot be ignored. He has won this event in four of
his five previous starts. He has a total of eight victories on this track in his
career. His back was definitely bothering him the final round at Doral, but he
did manage to post the best round on Saturday. With a week off to rest, Tiger
should be in the mix once again at Bay Hill.

Dark Horses:
Kevin Na
After coming back from injury, Kevin
Na has managed to earn full status by winning enough money on his medical
exemption. He already has three top fives on the season and another top ten. He
currently ranks 34th in greens hit, 23 in strokes gained putting, and 9th in
scoring average. In three of his last four trips to Bay Hill, Na finished T4 in
2012, T2 in 2010 and T11 in 2009.

William McGirt
McGirt doesn't have standout results
this season, but he does have a T19 and a T6 in his last four starts. What I
like about McGirt this week is his well rounded play. He ranks 40th in accuracy,
47th in greens, and 34th in putting. In three trips to Bay Hill, McGirt has
earned three paychecks and finished with a top ten last
season.

Brian Harman
Harman has four top twenty-fives on
the season, three of which were top tens. He is coming off a T25
performance at the Valspar and recently earned a tie for 3rd at the Northern
Trust Open. Harman currently ranks 25th in strokes gained putting and 24th
in scoring average. In 2012, Harman finished T15 at the Arnold Palmer
Invitational.

Jeremy's Picks:

Top Picks

Keegan Bradley - He is my replacement for Tiger's ailing back. He presents
a solid option and barely missed my initial cut.

Graeme McDowell - Has a great history here with 2 runner up
finishes, plus he gets to sleep in his own bed at night.

Justin Rose - Last year's runner up finisher is due for a break out
week.

Dark Horse

Matt Every -
Playing great golf this season already having carded 4 top 10
finishes.

Kevin Na - A resurgence last week has put him on my radar
at Bay Hill.

Sang-Moon Bae - Putting up back to back top 15
finishes will definitely land you on my dark horse squad.

Drew's Picks:Bubba Watson:
Bubba's game still is firing on all cylinders> I see a top 5, if not a win this week for him.

Graeme McDowell:
Graeme McDowell is a fast green master, which should help this week. He has two 2nd's in 6 starts here, and 3 top 10's in his last 4 tour starts.

Gary Woodland:
Gary's last three tour starts have been 33rd, 16th, and an 8th, a progression headed in the right direction. Lots of room off the tees at the API, combined with his length should get him on the greens easily in regulation, he just needs a hot putter.

Dark Horses:

Will McKenzie:
Will's game is in fine shape, a 6th and a 4th in his last two starts.
